The Lift360 Climate Resilience Fellowship is a four-month, hands-on program designed to equip post-secondary students with the knowledge, experience, and professional support needed to lead climate adaptation work in their communities. Through a blend of training, mentorship, and applied learning, participants gain practical skills that bridge academic study with real-world climate resilience challenges.
By participating in the fellowship, students develop portfolio-ready experience and contribute to meaningful, locally driven climate action. The program nurtures the next generation of climate leaders by empowering young people to design, test, and share innovative solutions that strengthen community resilience across Canada.
